Apple and nut cake from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 150 g applesauce
  • 200 ml milk
  • 60 g erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 large apples for the topping

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

without butter, without sugar, without eggs, makes 1 tray

Mix all ingredients, except the apples, into a stiff dough. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut the flesh into thin slices. Arrange the apple slices on the dough and press down lightly. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
