Apple and pear muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ m.-sized apple
  • ½ m.-sized pear(s)
  • 140 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 60 g sugar
  • 40 ml oil
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some powdered sugar for dusting

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash, peel, halve, core, and cut the apple and pear into small pieces. Beat the egg with the sugar, oil, and milk until frothy. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, add to the egg mixture, and mix. Add the apple and pear pieces and gently fold in. Pour the batter into a muffin tin and bake at approximately 170°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. Let the muffins cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
