Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp horseradish, grated
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the peppers and apples into thin strips. Prepare a marinade with the sour cream, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and horseradish, and let the peppers and apple strips marinate in it.
