Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ m.-large Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
  • 2 large apples
  • 120 g butter
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ bottle of bitter almond flavor
  • Liquid sweetener, 1 cap, equivalent to 100 g sugar
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

for a 28cm springform pan

Cut the apples and pumpkin into pieces and mix with cinnamon, lemon juice, and 1 capful of sweetener. Let stand for 30 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients, add the apple and pumpkin mixture, and pour the batter into a 28 cm springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 170°C (top/bottom heat). One of 12 pieces has 157 kcal.
