Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 apple
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 cup whipped cream, approx. 200 g
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some chives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian, hearty, fruity

Boil the potatoes in salted water. Finely chop the bell pepper and spring onion and fry in butter. Chop the apple and cucumber and add them. Fry briefly, then season lightly with salt. Add the heavy cream and bring everything to a boil. Add pepper, oil, and chives. Serve with the potatoes. If the apples are very sweet, add a squeeze of lemon. The dish should be neither salty nor sweet nor sour, but mildly savory and fruity.
