Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 2 apples
- 3 tbsp curd
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp, leveled agave syrup or other sweetener

simply fast and healthy
Peel the apples and remove the cores. Peel the bananas and puree them together with the apples. Then add the quark and milk (depending on the size of the bananas and apples, you may need a little more milk) until it’s thick enough to pass through a straw. Season to taste with agave syrup or another sweetener, and you’re done. Very healthy and carbohydrate-free.
