Apple-banana muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp, heaped low-fat curd cheese
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 1 small apple
  • 3 tbsp muesli of your choice
  • some cinnamon powder
  • possibly honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Power breakfast

Combine the yogurt and low-fat quark in a small bowl and stir until smooth. If you like it a little sweeter, add a little honey at this point. Thinly slice the banana and add it to the yogurt. Mash with a fork and fold in. Then add about half of the muesli. Cut the apple into thin slices. Fold in a few slices immediately, then arrange the rest on top for garnish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and the remaining muesli. Tastes delicious and keeps you full for a long time.
