Ingredients
 

  • 200 ml Lukewarm milk
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 cube Fresh yeast
  • 60 g Butter
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Cut apples in small cubes as much as you like
  • Oil for frying
  • Sugar to sprinkle on

Instructions
 

  • Mix the warm milk with the yeast and a little sugar and let stand. Put the flour with the remaining sugar, eggs and salt in the food processor. Add the yeast milk and knead everything into a smooth dough. Berliner pastry is a little softer, but you can no longer stick to the bowl. Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • Knead the dough again, sprinkle with flour and leave to rest for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, cover with apple cubes and press down a little. Roll the dough into a roll and divide into even slices. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the donuts Bake in it until golden brown.
  • Lift out with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper. Finally, roll the lukewarm donuts through the sugar.
