Date and Banana Bread

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Whole wheat flour
  • 75 g Wheat flour
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 200 ml Lukewarm water
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 2 Banana fresh
  • 75 g Dates
  • 2 tbsp Sesame

Instructions
 

  • Grease a loaf pan. Sift the flour into a bowl. Press a hollow. Crumble in the yeast and add some lukewarm water. Mix the ingredients carefully. Let rise for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the water, oil, honey and the mashed bananas and work into a firm dough.
  • Let rise in a bowl in a warm place for about 1 hour until the volume has doubled. Chop the dates and knead into the dough with the sesame seeds. Put this in the prepared form. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Bake the loaf in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 220 degrees. Let the finished bread cool on a wire rack. Enjoy your meal!
