Turkey Kasseler with Vegetables and Spaghetti

  • 150 g Putenkasseler in small cubes
  • 1 Peeled and diced zucchini
  • 1 Freshly pitted peppers and cut into strips
  • 6 Freshly cleaned mushrooms and halved
  • 1 Peeled and diced carrot
  • 2 Garlic cloves peeled and finely chopped
  • Dried herbs
  • 2 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 0,25 liter Vegetable broth
  • 1 Processed cheese corner
  • 150 g Spaghetti or other
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Lemon pepper
  • Salt
  1. Lightly fry the smoked pork, the vegetables and the garlic in the pan, pour in the vegetable stock, add the dried herbs and simmer gently for 10 minutes. During this time, cook the spaghetti.
  2. Thicken the sauce with crème fraîche and the cheese, season with salt and pepper and finally rub freshly grated nutmeg over it. Serve with the spaghetti
