Slice the apples and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. Dough: Beat 250g butter with 150g sugar until light and fluffy. Then stir in the 5 eggs and beat the mixture until creamy. Mix 375g flour and 1 sachet of baking powder and stir into the mixture alternately with the 75ml milk. Crumble: Knead 200g butter with 125g sugar, a pinch of salt, a little cinnamon, 250g flour, and 50g ground hazelnuts until crumbly. Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet, arrange the apple slices on top, and cover with the crumbles. Finally, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 175°C (155°C fan-assisted oven) for 45-50 minutes. Ideal for cold autumn days!
