Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ liters of water, cold
- 1 small apple
- 1 small carrot(s)
- 2 lemon slices, untreated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes
Cut the apple into thin slices. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips. Place all ingredients in a suitable container and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Once the water is gone, the fruit can be reused one or two more times for a new batch.
