Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g pineapple, fresh
  • 1 pink grapefruit(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

What else you’ll need: Glass pitcher, blender, fine-mesh sieve. Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Slice the grapefruit and wash the rosemary sprigs. Combine 200 ml of water, the pineapple, and the lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour through the fine-mesh sieve into the glass pitcher. Add the lemon juice, grapefruit slices, and the rosemary, top up with the remaining water, and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Add ice cubes for a faster cooling effect.
