- 25 g protein powder, flavor of your choice

Healthy, low-fat
In a blender, first combine the milk, protein powder, and egg and blend. Then, combine the oats and apple pieces with a little cinnamon. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe dish and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. The whole cake contains 41g protein, 88g carbs, and 8g fat.
