Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 35 g spelt flour
- 50 ml soy milk (soy drink), any other milk is also possible
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- possibly honey or erythritol if needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes
Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork (this bowl should be microwave-safe). Then stir in the milk. When the consistency is nice and creamy, add the flour and stir in. Finally, add the cinnamon and mix well again. Microwave everything for about 2 minutes at 600 watts. It’s important to use the splash guard to allow the heat to build up. Please don’t expect a sweet cake or treat. This is a healthy snack or dessert!
