Apple cinnamon muffins from the air fryer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 small apples, approx. 75 – 100 g, diced
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 25 g sugar
  • 40 g margarine
  • 75 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine the chopped apples and cinnamon and set aside. Beat the egg, sugar, and margarine with a mixer until fluffy. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and mix well, finally folding in the apple and cinnamon mixture. Spoon the batter into 5 prepared muffin cups. Bake in the air fryer at 160°C for approximately 15-17 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
