Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g apples
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • e.g. powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

quick, easy and very tasty

Peel and finely chop the apples, and toss with the lemon juice and cinnamon. Beat the softened butter with the sugar and eggs until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the butter mixture. Then fold in the apples (the apple-to-batter ratio is unusual, but it’s great!). Drop small mounds of batter onto a prepared baking sheet using a tablespoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 15-20 minutes.
