Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 medium-sized apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 90 ml rapeseed oil
  • 90 g brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 400 g flour (e.g. whole wheat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

not too sweet, makes about 8 – 9 pieces.

Mix everything except the apples into a dough. Finally, add the chopped apples and stir in. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a spatula, shape the dough into rolls and place them on the tray. Then bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C fan/convection oven.
