Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sweetener
- 100 ml water
- 5 apples, grated or very finely diced
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1 handful of raisins
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 handful of oat flakes
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
delicious breakfast bread with little fat
Preheat oven to 175°C. First, combine the flour, grated apples, a handful of oats, cornflakes, baking powder, and raisins in a mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Slowly add the water to the mixture and knead well. Now add the sweetener and a pinch of cinnamon to the kneaded dough. Knead the dough thoroughly once more. Pour the mixture into a greased bread pan. Place in the oven and bake for 75 minutes. Then let the bread cool and remove it from the pan.
