Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 135 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 120 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
- 60 g marzipan paste
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 125 ml low-fat milk
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 drops of bitter almond flavor
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- Sweetener, liquid, a few drops
- 750 g apples (Boskoop)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions

Suitable for WW, 4.5 points per piece, for 12 pieces
Line the bottom of a 28 cm springform pan with baking paper. Separate 1 egg, reserving the egg white for the topping. Mix 180 g flour with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 70 g sugar, and salt. Add 80 g margarine and the egg yolk and knead into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough, place it in the springform pan, and press up an edge. Mix the marzipan, powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons of margarine, and milk until creamy. Add the quark, the egg, the remaining egg white, and the bitter almond flavoring. Stir in the cornstarch and remaining baking powder and season with sweetener to taste. Wash, peel, core, and finely dice the apples. Fold them into the quark mixture and pour into the springform pan. Knead the remaining flour, margarine, sugar, and cinnamon into crumbles. Spread over the apples and bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
