Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp lemon peel, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Fat for the mold
- ½ pkt. vanilla pudding powder
- 250 ml milk
- 30 g sugar
- 1 egg(s), separated
- 1 kg apples, sour
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
For the pastry, cream the butter until smooth. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and grated lemon zest and stir in. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in briefly. Pour the pastry into a greased springform pan. For the filling, mix the pudding mix with the milk, sugar, and egg yolk until smooth. Bring everything to a boil according to the package instructions. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in, then let cool. Peel and dice the apples. For the crumble, mix all the ingredients together with your hands. Pour the pudding onto the pastry, then scatter the apples and crumble on top. Bake in a hot oven at 165°C (top/bottom heat) on the bottom rack for about 60 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool.
