Apple curry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 20 g butter
  • 4 m.-sized apples, not too sour
  • 250 ml white wine
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onions and sauté in hot butter. Peel the apples, slice them, and sauté briefly. Pour in the white wine and sauté the apples for about 8 minutes. Blend until smooth. Season the sauce with salt, sugar, and curry powder. Finally, add the cream.
