Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- ¼ honeydew melon(s)
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes (400 g)
- basil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Peel, deseed, and dice the melon. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the melon with the onions and garlic. Add the tomatoes. Simmer and season with fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
