Apple-horseradish cream cheese spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tsp horseradish, freshly grated
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 250 g quark, 20% fat
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the apple, halve it, and core it. Finely grate the apple and drizzle with lemon juice. Add the horseradish, quark, and cream cheese and mix. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
