Avocado-Tomato Bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 pinch(s) of tomato spice
  • 1 large avocado(s)
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 slice(s) of bread

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and slice the tomatoes, season with tomato seasoning. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and mash or puree the flesh with a fork. Mix the yogurt into the avocado puree and season with salt and pepper and/or other spices of your choice. Spread the avocado cream on the bread and top with the tomatoes. Tips: Refrigerate the avocado for several days before preparation. This will soften it and make it easier to handle. If you like, you can toast the bread, but it’s not necessary.
