Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g apple leftovers (peels and cores)
  • 400 g water
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

from the pressure cooker

Boil the apple peels and cores with water in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes, then let them evaporate. Pour the juice into a sieve and collect it. Season the juice with sugar, if desired, and serve or store it in a clean bottle in the refrigerator. If the juice is handled carefully, it will keep for at least 2-3 days.
