Apple-pear juice from peels

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of peels (apple peels)
  • 2 handfuls of peels (pear peels)
  • 200 ml water
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Recycling leftovers

Simmer the peels in the water for at least 20-30 minutes. Then strain the juice and add sugar to taste. Serve the drink neat or mixed with water in glasses. If you want to preserve the juice in bottles, be sure to add sugar.
