Apple tart with a twist. Fresh and delicious.

Line the bottoms of two springform pans with baking paper. For the 6 layers: Combine the margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually beat in the eggs, then stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder. Bake 6 layers from the batter at 180°C for approximately 10-12 minutes. Let cool. For the filling: Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer until stiff. Stir in the sour cream, applesauce, and cinnamon. Spread the layers with the cream and stack them on top of each other. Spread the remaining cream over the cake. Chill. Decorate with apple slices.
