Apple – lemon – curd cream

  • 125 g Lowfat quark
  • 125 g Maple syrup to taste
  • 10 ml Mineral water, medium
  • 10 ml Vanilla flavor to your taste
  • 4 tsp *Apfel – Lemon – Curd

miscellaneous

  • 1 Amarettini (almond biscuit)
  • 1 Edible fruit tea (chocolate banana)
  • 1 Cookie Choco (Monin Sirop)

Apple – lemon – curd cream

  1. Put low fat quark, maple syrup, vanilla flavor & mineral water in a small bowl. Stir creamy with a spoon that has a hole in it. Take a glass and add the quark cream first, then the apple – lemon curd. Layer them alternately and end with a dollop of curd.
  2. Place the almond biscuit on top and garnish all around with the edible fruit tea. Finally, drizzle with Cookie Choco and enjoy.
