The perfect apple – lemon – curd cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Apple – lemon – curd cream
- 125 g Lowfat quark
- 125 g Maple syrup to taste
- 10 ml Mineral water, medium
- 10 ml Vanilla flavor to your taste
- 4 tsp *Apfel – Lemon – Curd

- 1 Amarettini (almond biscuit)
- 1 Edible fruit tea (chocolate banana)
- 1 Cookie Choco (Monin Sirop)
Apple – lemon – curd cream
- Put low fat quark, maple syrup, vanilla flavor & mineral water in a small bowl. Stir creamy with a spoon that has a hole in it. Take a glass and add the quark cream first, then the apple – lemon curd. Layer them alternately and end with a dollop of curd.
- Place the almond biscuit on top and garnish all around with the edible fruit tea. Finally, drizzle with Cookie Choco and enjoy.
