Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g oat flour
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, or similar
- 1 tbsp raisins, optional
- 40 g low-fat curd cheese
- ½ tsp baking powder

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all ingredients and pour into prepared muffin cups, then bake in the Airfryer for 20 minutes at 160°C. Note: I personally prefer the muffins with oat flour because the texture is a bit firmer. Per serving/muffin: 340 kcal
