Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 2 apples, sweet
- ½ orange(s)
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 150 g natural yogurt
- some cinnamon
- possibly sugar
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
with yogurt and chia seeds
Peel, core, and slice the apples, chop the banana, and add them to the food processor or smoothie maker. Segment half an orange and add it, along with a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of cinnamon, and a tablespoon of chia seeds. Top with yogurt and turn on the machine. After half a minute, add the milk until the smoothie foams up nicely. If you’d like it sweeter, add sugar to taste. Pour into glasses and enjoy. It also tastes delicious with almond milk!
