Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 100 g oat flakes, fine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 ml soy milk (soy drink), rice drink or milk
- 150 ml mineral water
- 1 medium-sized apple, peeled and grated
- n. B. sugar
- Oil for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Makes about 4 small pancakes or several fritters
Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter, using a whisk or a wooden spoon for example. Heat a little oil in a small pan and cook the batter into about four small pancakes. They taste great with jam or chocolate spread. Tip: Since the batter is quite thick, you can also use it to make apple fritters. This will naturally make a slightly larger fritter.
