Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (Viennese base)
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 packs of pudding powder (vanilla), for cooking
- 3 lemon(s), the juice
- 2 cups whipped cream (2 – 3 cups)
- 1 pack of chocolate shavings for decoration

With a ready-made cake base. It’s a real eye-catcher. Suitable for those with no experience in baking.
Make a pudding from water, sugar, and vanilla pudding powder according to the package instructions. Stir in the lemon juice and let cool. Whip 2 to 3 cups of cream until stiff and fold into the cold lemon mixture. Fill the Viennese base with this mixture and decorate with chocolate shavings, if desired.
