Instructions
- Bring the water, milk, oat flakes and a grated apple to the boil
- Let everything simmer for about 7 minutes while stirring.
- Garnish with the fruit of your choice while still warm (I had a banana), and pour the honey and cinnamon over it.
- One serving has 4 PP. It is incredibly filling. I was skeptical at first, but it tastes very good :-). Try it out 😉
