Ingredients
 

  • 125 ml Water
  • 125 ml Milk 1.5%
  • 1 Apple
  • 6 El Fine oat flakes
  • 1 Tl Honey
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water, milk, oat flakes and a grated apple to the boil
  • Let everything simmer for about 7 minutes while stirring.
  • Garnish with the fruit of your choice while still warm (I had a banana), and pour the honey and cinnamon over it.
  • One serving has 4 PP. It is incredibly filling. I was skeptical at first, but it tastes very good :-). Try it out 😉
