Pasta with Vegetables on Ham and Cream Cheese Sauce
The perfect pasta with vegetables on ham and cream cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Broccoli
- 1 Red pepper
- 2 Discs Ham
- 1 pole Leek
- 1 Onion
- 1 El Cream cheese herbs
- 100 ml Rama Cremefine 7%
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- Curry
- Herbs
- Pasta of your choice
- Put on pasta water and bring to a boil. Cook pasta of your choice.
- Cut the ham and leek into fine strips, cut the broccoli into small pieces and finely dice the bell pepper and onion
- Sauté the onion with the bell pepper in 1 teaspoon oil. Then add the broccoli, leek and ham, toss briefly.
- Pour in the cremefine and broth and stir in the cream cheese. Simmer briefly and season with salt, pepper, curry and herbs.
- Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
