Apple puree dessert with yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • some water
  • some cinnamon powder
  • some sugar
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 50 g sultanas
  • some vanilla extract, from the mill
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Tastes good with mashed potatoes, can also be used as baby food

Peel, core, and cut the apples into small pieces. This yields approximately 250g of apple puree. Place the apple pieces in a microwave-safe bowl. Add water, sugar, and cinnamon and microwave for 20 minutes. Then let it cool for 45-60 minutes. Whisk the homemade puree and season to taste. Season with cinnamon and sugar, if desired. Mix the puree with the natural yogurt in a larger bowl. Add the vanilla extract, 30g of sultanas, and the vanilla sugar, and stir well. Reserve the remaining 20g of sultanas for garnishing. Serve in dessert bowls.
