Apple Puree with Stevia

The perfect apple puree with stevia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 kg Fresh apples from Boskoop’s own garden
  • 2 tbsp Stevia
  • 2 packet Custard powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 200 ml Apple spritzer
  • 2 piece Freshly squeezed lemon
  1. Tried a stevia recipe for the first time.
  2. Peel, core and cut the apples and immediately pour the lemon and apple spritzer (apple spritzer mixed with lemon juice) over them so that the apple pieces do not turn brown.
  3. Bring to the boil, add the stevia and simmer to a porridge.
  4. Mix the pudding powder with a sip of apple spritzer and mix it with the cooked porridge. Stir in cinnamon to taste.
