Ingredients
- 2 kg Fresh apples from Boskoop's own garden
- 2 tbsp Stevia
- 2 packet Custard powder
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 200 ml Apple spritzer
- 2 piece Freshly squeezed lemon
Instructions
- Tried a stevia recipe for the first time.
- Peel, core and cut the apples and immediately pour the lemon and apple spritzer (apple spritzer mixed with lemon juice) over them so that the apple pieces do not turn brown.
- Bring to the boil, add the stevia and simmer to a porridge.
- Mix the pudding powder with a sip of apple spritzer and mix it with the cooked porridge. Stir in cinnamon to taste.
