Ingredients
 

  • 2 kg Fresh apples from Boskoop's own garden
  • 2 tbsp Stevia
  • 2 packet Custard powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 200 ml Apple spritzer
  • 2 piece Freshly squeezed lemon

Instructions
 

  • Tried a stevia recipe for the first time.
  • Peel, core and cut the apples and immediately pour the lemon and apple spritzer (apple spritzer mixed with lemon juice) over them so that the apple pieces do not turn brown.
  • Bring to the boil, add the stevia and simmer to a porridge.
  • Mix the pudding powder with a sip of apple spritzer and mix it with the cooked porridge. Stir in cinnamon to taste.
