Apple Puree Apple Pie
The perfect apple puree apple pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour
- 1 pack Baking powder
- 120 g Sugar
- 125 g Butter
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 Glass Apple pulp
- 2 piece Apple boskop
- Apple pie seasoning optional
dough
- Knead the flour, baking powder, sugar, butter, egg and a pinch of apple pie seasoning (or cinnamon) into a dough. Halve the dough. Roll out one half and place in a greased springform pan (26 cm). Press wide and form an edge upwards.
filling
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Mix with apple pulp. Add apple pie spice / cinnamon and mix. Place in the springform pan on top of the batter.
Second half
- Roll out the other half of the dough and cut into strips. Cover the cake with it in a lattice shape.
to bake
- Bake at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.
