Apple Puree Apple Pie

The perfect apple puree apple pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 pack Baking powder
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 125 g Butter
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 Glass Apple pulp
  • 2 piece Apple boskop
  • Apple pie seasoning optional

dough

  1. Knead the flour, baking powder, sugar, butter, egg and a pinch of apple pie seasoning (or cinnamon) into a dough. Halve the dough. Roll out one half and place in a greased springform pan (26 cm). Press wide and form an edge upwards.

filling

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Mix with apple pulp. Add apple pie spice / cinnamon and mix. Place in the springform pan on top of the batter.

Second half

  1. Roll out the other half of the dough and cut into strips. Cover the cake with it in a lattice shape.

to bake

  1. Bake at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.
