Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 140 g butter
  • 140 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 160 g hazelnuts, grated
  • 160 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 8 g rosemary, fresh needles, finely chopped
  • 2 large apples, coarsely grated
  • some powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

unusual but delicious

Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs, one at a time. Combine the nuts, flour, baking powder, and finely chopped rosemary and fold in along with the grated apples. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
