Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large apple
  • 30 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • Lemon(s), juice
  • 2 slices of apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash, peel, and core the apple, then blend. Add the milk, yogurt, sugar, apple juice, and lemon juice and blend. Pour the shake into a glass and garnish with apple slices.
