Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g margarine or butter, soft
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Oil for greasing
- 6 apples, sour, or 7 pieces, depending on size
- n. B. sugar
- e.g. cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter until creamy. Combine the flour and baking powder, gradually adding them to the egg mixture while continuing to beat. Brush the baking sheet with oil, pour the batter into the pan, and smooth the surface. Peel and core the apples, cut them into small pieces, and spread them on top of the batter. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over the apples and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 30 to 40 minutes.
