Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pc. puff pastry
  • 4 apples, sweet
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml cream
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp cognac

Roll out the puff pastry into a tart pan. Prick the base several times with a fork. Peel the sweet apples, cut them into strips, and arrange them on the base. For the vanilla glaze: Whisk together the eggs, cream, sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cognac. Pour over the apples and sprinkle with a packet of vanilla sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 1 hour.
