Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 packs of tarte flambée dough from the refrigerated section
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 large apples, sour, e.g. Boskoop
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 80 g sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Preheat the oven with a baking tray to the highest temperature (top/bottom heat). In the meantime, spread each of the tarte flambée bases with 1/4 cup sour cream. Sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and a little cinnamon. Wash and core the apples, then slice 1/2 apple onto a prepared base using a cucumber slicer. Drizzle with a little lemon juice. Knead a crumble from the butter, sugar, flour, oats, and cinnamon and spread it on the 4 tarte flambées. Remove the hot baking tray from the oven and place a tarte flambée on top. Bake one after the other in the hot oven for approx. 5-7 minutes. Serve hot. For dessert, 1/4 of the tarte flambée per person is enough. A scoop of vanilla ice cream goes perfectly with it.
