Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 200 g yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  • 200 g applesauce
  • 200 ml syrup (woodruff syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

All ingredients must be well chilled. Whip the cream until almost stiff. Combine the remaining ingredients and fold in the cream. Either pour this cream into popsicle molds or freeze it whole. The ice cream will be beautifully soft, even without the tedious stirring.
