Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (chocolate ice cream)
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • some jam or jelly, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with chocolate ice cream and jam

Peel the banana, halve it lengthwise, and place it round-side down on a dessert plate. Spread each banana half with red jam, if desired. Place two scoops of chocolate ice cream in the center. Whip the cream with a little vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form and decorate the banana split with it. To garnish, spread a few dollops of jam over the cream.
