Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 apples
- 500 ml applesauce
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- some milk
- some cinnamon sugar
- 150 g flour
- 60 g sugar
- 80 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Combine all the batter ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Then pour into a springform pan and press the batter up the sides to about 2 centimeters. Simmer the applesauce on the stovetop. Mix the pudding mix with a little milk until smooth and add to the pan. Add a little cinnamon and sugar and bring the mixture to a boil. Pour the mixture onto the batter base. Cut the apples into small pieces and place them on top of the pudding mixture. Combine the crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake the cake in the oven at 160°C (fan oven) for 45 minutes.
