Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 100 g apricot(s), fresh
- 100 g banana(s)
- 100 g kefir
- 100 g yogurt
- 50 g milk, 1.5%
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- e.g. sugar or agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with yogurt and kefir
Wash, halve, and pit the apricots. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend the fruit with the kefir, yogurt, milk, and lemon juice. Season to taste with sugar or agave syrup and pour into jars.
