Apricot Cake with Difference.
The perfect apricot cake with difference. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Batter:
- 80 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Ground vanilla pod
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 40 g Ground hazelnuts
- 30 g Amarettini, ground
- 150 g Sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3 tablespoon Milk
Covering:
- 10 Pc. Apricots fresh, pitted
Topping:
- 500 g Quark
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 2,5 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 0,5 packet Custard powder
Batter:
- Stir butter and sugar until foamy, add eggs one by one, add hazelnuts, amarettini. Mix flour + baking powder, sieve in, fold in. Add milk.
- Grease the springform mold. Pour in the batter.
- Core the apricots and insert with the skin facing down.
Topping.
- Stir all ingredients until smooth and spread on the cake. Bake at 160 ° C for approx. 45 min.
