Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g apricot(s), dried
  • 100 g chocolate, dark
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 ml mango syrup or maple syrup
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 2 minutes

Chop the dried apricots into small pieces and the chocolate. Mix the flour and baking powder. Add the oil, syrup, and egg and knead with a dough hook to form a dough. Finally, add the apricots and chocolate. Shape the dough into a log, wrap it in cling film, and chill for about 30 minutes. Then, using a sharp knife, cut slices and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
