Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg mushrooms
- 25 g garlic butter
- 1 tsp curry powder, medium hot
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 2 tsp mint, dried, from the Arabic supermarket
- 50 ml water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Heat the butter and oil in a pan and fry them over low heat for 10 minutes. Then add the spices and fry over medium heat until the liquid has evaporated. Refrigerate and then serve with a cream cheese dip.
